Information we may receive

We may receive information you voluntarily send through email, WhatsApp, forms or collaboration enquiries.

Hosting logs and site functions may process page paths, page views, browser or device type, referral source, server logs and approximate location.

The visitor counter stores a random identifier in browser localStorage and sends its one-way hash, the visited path and time to our server to count unique visitors and page views.

Google Analytics 4 may process page URLs, referral channels, browser or device information, approximate location, page interactions, and defined WhatsApp, course and affiliate-link click events. It may use cookies or similar identifiers.

How and why information is used

Information may be provided by you, generated automatically by your browser or server, or processed when you choose a third-party service. We use it to reply, send requested resources, handle collaborations, maintain security, count visits and improve content.

Providing contact details is voluntary, but we may be unable to reply or deliver a requested resource without them. You may clear localStorage and cookies, use browser tracking protection, limit third-party cookies or avoid affiliate links, although some functions may then be unavailable.

Third parties and international processing

Hosting, email, WhatsApp, advertising, affiliate, booking, ecommerce, automation or analytics providers may process data outside Malaysia under their own privacy, cookie and retention rules. Review their terms before submitting information or payment.

Retention and security

Contact and business records are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, fulfil an agreement, maintain necessary records or comply with law. Daily visitor hashes are retained for about 30 days; cumulative unique-visitor hashes are retained to preserve the total counter.

We use reasonable access controls and technical measures, but no internet transmission or third-party system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data you provided, ask us to limit further use, or withdraw consent to marketing contact. We may reasonably verify identity and retain records where the law permits or requires it.
